Be specific about your item, but not long-winded. It’s best to keep the description friendly and professional. When describing your post be sure to include:
- Quantity, if multiples (two chairs, etc…)
- Dimensions: give approximate or exact measurements (can be found on original website, Amazon, etc…)
- Material/Color: plastic, leather, solid wood, etc…
- Condition: new, like new, good, fair, etc…
- Any unexpected or interesting uses of the item (if applicable)
- Remember to check spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Lastly, please don’t forget to divulge any defects or blemishes—be kind to interested buyers and don’t give a false perception of perfection if the item isn’t in perfect condition.
Provide a Location to See the Item
